New developer - and fast

Newest app at least opens up whereas the old app didnt. But wont download shows - and yes, I did enter my username and password.

Download starts, then stops after a few seconds. The file/show lists as downloaded and everything on the surface looks fine. But seems an empty file has been downloaded. Run time displays as 0 sec for every single download and consequently no files/shoes play.

Have an iPhone 6S+. Am I the only person with this problem?
